Executive Chef Michael Pietrocola

Mike Pietrocola’s passion for cooking began at a very young age. 

 He was 16 when he began his culinary career at The Elm Tree Inn in Fort Plain, NY. Moving to Schenectady while attending SCCC’s Culinary Arts Program, Mike worked at the Van Dyke restaurant for Marvin Friedman and Don Wexler. Later he worked for Danny Petrosino at the Executive Suite on Jay Street. During the next several years, Mike owned and operated The Clare and Pietrocola’s in Schenectady and Park 54 in Clifton Park. Before coming to Cornells, he spent the last 8 years as Executive Chef at the Mohawk Golf Club. 

Mike Pietrocola’s creativity, dedication and passion for the culinary world make him one of the most sought-after chefs in the area. He is a perfect fit for Cornells.
